The minutes. of the regular meeting held June 6, I927 were read; .
and approved.
The ninutes, of the regular meeting held July II, I9a7 were read
and approved.
I•t was mgved. by Trustee Geary and seconded by Trustee Huhn to ad-
journ. as a Hoard of Trustees, and convene as. a Board of Local Improve-
ments.. Carried.
AMF'NMENT TO FAST SIDE SANITARY SEWER ORDINANCE passed.
Am rdinance• amending an ordinance- eniT o�� ORDINANCE, provid-
ing for a local improvement in the- Village of Deerfield, County of
Lake, and State of Illinois, coneis.ting of the conatruc,tion of a
system of sanitary aewera., together with manholes, sewage; disposal
plant, and all auxiliaries and appurtenances thereto, known as, the,
Faat' Side Sanitary Sewer System "' in said Village, establishing a
sewer diatrict, providing for acquiring necessary right of way and
easement, and providing- for the making of said improvement by special
,.ass.esament and the, issuing of improvement bond& "' passed and approved
ontthe. 3rd day of. August, A. D.. I925, was read.

all contrary rules be suspended and the-ordinance-placed on-its, pass -

Park pertaining to the= Fast Side Sanitary Sewer System, have been
presented and accepted.

BF IT RFSOLVFD that s t the Board. True of the, Village-of Deer-
field in cession on July I8, I927 to recommend that all inhabitants of
the Village of Deerfield and adjacent Surrounding country be invited
to participate in the celebration of Deerfield Day, sanctioned by the
Deerfield Chamber of Commerce, to be- held on August 26th and August
27, I927.

that the resolution be .passed as. read.
