Be it resolved that anyone not officially connected with the
Village of Deerfield in the capicity of Chief of Police, Fire Marshall
or Slater 8'ept. dupt.., found tampering with - Villag e- Water Hydrants will
be found guilty of misdemeanor and fined not less than $25.00..
It was moved by Trustee Labahn and aeconded by Truatee Selig that
the resolution be adopted aa- read.
