A regular meeting of the•President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President,
James J. Hood, at 8:00 P. M.
Roll call :- Present- Engstrom, Geary, Knaak, Labahn, Segert.
Absent- Selig.
The readingsof the minutes of the regular meeting of Sept. I4,
1925, and the special 'meeting of Sept. 28, I925 were dispensed with*
and defered until the next regular meeting-.
PAYMENT Og: MR.. WOLF Attorney.
Moved' y rustee •eary a-nd seconded by Trustee Segert that
Mr. Wolff be paid on account of attorney I s: fees, $2000.00 by
voucher out of Docket No. 22,, and another $1000.00 to be paid at
a later date out of bond issue which we propose to make,.

Upon reconvening as a Board. o rus ees it was moved by
Trustee Engstrom and seconded by Trustee Knaak that a Sewer Main-
tenance Fund be eatabliahed to be credited with collections from
sewer permits, and charged with inspection feea and incidental
charges. in connection with th- maintenance of the sewer.
