BEING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEEftFIELD FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 1948
AND ENDING APRIL 30, 1949
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois:
SECTION 1: That the following sums of - money, or as
much thereof as may be authorized by law, are deemed necessary
to defray all necessary expenses and liabilities of the Vill-
age of Deerfield for the fiscal year beginning May 11 1948
and ending April 30, 1949, and said sums are hereby appropri-
ated for the objects and purposes herein specified, viz:

SECTION 2: That any sum of money heretofore appropriated
and not heretofore expended, and now in the Treasury of the
Village, or that may hereafter come into the Treasury of the
Village, is hereby appropriated by this ordinance.
SECTION 3: That all unexpended balances of any item
or items of any appropriations, made by this ordinance may be
expended in making up any insufficiency in any item.or items
in this appropriation.
SECTION 4: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
inconsistent herewith, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
