Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees Village of Deerfield
was called to order by The President B.H.Kress at 8 P.M.
Roll c:..11 Present :. O'Connor, Selig, Segert, Warner, Pettis'
Absent: Stanger.
Moved by Trustee Warner. and seconed by' Trustet.. O'Connor that
the reading of the minutes be posponed to the next regular meeting
An ordinance leving taxes for the Village of Deerfield for the "
fiscal year 1922 & 1923 amounting to $776.10 was read.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconed by Trustee Selig that all
contrary rules, be suspended and the ordinance be placed on its
passage. .
Upon roll call the following vote was taken:
_ Yeas O'Connor, Selig, Segert, Warner, Pettis. Noes, None.
Moved by Trustee Pettis and seconed by Trustee Warner that
the ordinance be passed as read.

Moved by Trustee O'Connor and seconedby Trustee darner that-2L
crossing in front of Ed. Seligs and at Grand Ave, and at Deerfield
ave and the repair at Hazel Ave and in front of,rred Meyers on
Lincoln Ave be put in.

the bills be paid and charged to,their respective funds.

the President be authorized to sign permit of Chicago Telephone Co
for two(2) poles at Golf Club on Deerfield Ave. Carried.
Moved -by Trustee O'Connor and seconed by Trustee Selig that the
President and Clerk be authorized to sign the contract with the Public
Service Co for power to.be furnished for the Booster Pump. Ca r .
