Was called to order by the Prosident B:H'.Kress at 8 P.bi,

Absent: Kroh.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on March 6 1922 and of the
:special meeting held on March 27 1922 were read and approvedi
Moved by 'Trustee O'Connor and seconed by Trustee Stanger that the
clerk be instructed to order a Car of,crushed. stone 2 screening
and '- No 1 for repairing roads.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken.
Yeas; Haggie, O'Connor, Segert, Stanger, Wessling. Naes; None.
Moved by Trustee Segert and seconed by Trustee O'Connor that
Thos. McCraren and his sister be given permission to plane their
water meters in the basement.

Moiaed by Trustee Haggie and seconed by Trustee Wessling that the
bills be paid and charged to their respective funds.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken:

A resolution calling for an annual Village Election to be held
on Tuesday April 18 1922 and appointing Ezra Fritsch, Almon Frost,
and Mrs Mildred Gunkel as Judges, and.Mrs Loretta Willman and Theo
J. Knaak as clerks was read.
Moved by Trustee Haggie and.secon 'qd by Trustee OiConnor that the
resolution be adopted as'read. Carried..
RThe clerk was instructed to ascertain the amount of rebate due Mrs
ole on af4ount assessed,for Park Ave. (On Spec. Assess #3)
