Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village e of Deerfield
was called to order by the Clerk at 8 o'clock P.M..,the President W.A.
Whiting being absent.
Moved by Pettis and seconded by Reny that Mr. Fritsch act

Carried.
Roll Call - Present, Fritsch, Horenberger, Juhrend, Pettis
and,Reay, Absent, Whiting,(President) and Kress. _

paid and that vouchers be drawn on the several funds to which they

Report of the Police Magistrate S.P. Hutchison, for year end-
ing May I, ';I9I4 showing fines collected of X24. less expenses for
A commiting to county jail of $4.75 leaving a balance due the Village of
$I9.25 which money was received by the Clerk.
Moved by Pettis and seconded by Reay thatthe report of the Police
Magistrate be accepted and that the amount be credited to the road
and bridge fund.

Moved by Pettis and seconded by Reay that the construction
and placing of automobile signs be left to the Police Magistrate and
Marshal to be put up immediately.

Oforbiding An`ordinance regulating the speed of moter vehicles and
the open muffler or cut -out was read.
Moved by.Pettis and seconded by Reay that the ordinance be.-.*_
