A regular meeting of the President and the Board of
Trustees; of ,the. Village of Deerfield` was: called-to order by
the President. C. i;`.%,;U. Willman at 8 P. M with- -the following
trustees present; Hertel, Palmer, Peterson, Pottenger,
Schneider and Stupple. -=Absent None.
The.minutes.of the regular meeting held October 12,
1937-were read and approved.

__An estimate in the amount of,$972.20 was presented to
the.Bolard "by the City Engineers James Anderson Co with a
=•recommendation that a payment of said - amount less. 1016 be paid
,for,the drainage and grading improvement known as Arterial
%,Street.No. 3- •Section 1- A -C.S. to the contractor, Kapschull &
Company_`out of motor fuel tax funds on _hand for this purpose.
AMoved by Trustee Hertel and seconded by Trustee Stupple
that •an- estimate in the' amount of $87448-be-approved for pay-
went out of, l motor fuel tax funds to the contractor Kapschul &
.` Company for the improvement known as Arterial Street No. 3-
Section 1- A -09S.

Municipal Council and that the Treasurer be authorized to issue
