M. with the following Trustees present- Palmer, Peterson,: Pottenger and Scribner. bsent- moKiilip and: Willman. The minutes of'the regular meeting of October 13, 1936 • .•and of the special meeting of October 20, 1936 were read and approved."-_ ._ _ ' -Trustee' Pottenger, Chairman of the Public Works Committee informed the'Board that arrangements would be made to have the septic tanks pumped out before cold weather begins. •Trustee Peterson; Chairman -of the License Committee stated that -the'vehicle-licensee-for 1937 were ordered and that-we would receive them by December 1, 1936. •The'Clerk was requested to have special notices made up and have same `enclosed with'the water bills which are mailed out an December ' 12,- 1936,"notifying the residents of the Vil- lage-of Deerfield "that the vehicle licenses are now available and that same'muat be purchased prior to February 1, 1937 and that failure to -comply would,subject vehicle owners to arrest after this date ' •Trustee Scribner; Chairman of the Water Committee stated that 'the loss 'during the month of October was approximately 2�o higher 'than du_ ring _the :previous, .two months. The out - standing accounts as of October 31, 1338tr: are slightly lower than'they'we're" the- preceding month.
