A motion was made by Trustee`McKillip and seconded by
Trustee Scribner that the resolution for designation of speed
limit zones on city streets used as state highways be adopted
as read.
Roll call resulted as- follows. Yeas- All. Nays- None.

A regular meeting of the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield was%called to order by the President
Harry E. Wing at 7 :30 P. M. with the following trustees present -
Palmer Pottenger, Scribner and Willman. Absent- Trustee

SECTION 1. Therefore, be itordained that the

1- 100,000 Gallon Elevated Steel Tank, elevated
100 feet to high water line and 72 feet to balcony

A resolution for the maintenance of Greenwood Avenue
from Wilmot Road to the 0. Us St. P. & P. R. R. providing for
the oiling of said street with E-4 Road Oil was read and on
motion by Trustee Millman and.seconded by Trustee Pottenger
was adopted. Those voting "Aye” being Trustee Palmer, Pottenger,
Scribner and Willman. Those voting "Nay” being None. Motion
carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Palmer and seconded by
Trustee Millman to adopt the resolution calling for the tarring
of cracks in Pe0.0.Pavement on Arterial Streets 03- 4- 5 -6 -7 -8
and 9 at an estimated cost of $924.00.
Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas-
Trustee Palmer, Pottenger, Scribner and Willman. Nays- None.
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Millman and seconded by
Trustee Pottenger that the resolution for gravel surface for
Arterial Street, #3 (Broadmoor from Greenwood Avenue to Hazel
Avenue) at an estimated cost of $1420.00 be adopted.
Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas- Trustee Palmer,
Pottenger, Scribner and Willman. Nays- None. -Motion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Willman and seconded by
Trustee Pottenger to adopt the resolution for a,gravel surface
for Arterial Street #2 (Greenwood Avenue from St. Paul tracks
to Lincoln Avenue) at an estimated cost of $300.00.
The motion carried, those voting "Aye” being Trustee
Palmer, Pottenger, Scribner and Willman. Those voting "Nay”
being None.
