Peterson that the Village of Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois rent from the Deerfield Temple Association of Deerfield, Illinois a certain vault to be constructed on the exterior of the Masonic Temple at a point adjacent to the southwest corner of the office ,space at present occupied as offices by the Clerk of said Village, for a term of twenty -five (25) months to commenoe on the 1st day of November, A.D. 1934 and to end on the 30th•day of November, A.D. 1936, at a total rental of Two Hundred Fifty 310.00) 250.00) Dollars, payable in equal mo4thly installments of Ten Dollars each in advance on the first day of each month until said expira- tion of the term. It is covenanted and agreed by and between the parties hereto, that at the expiration of'said twenty -five (25) month period, the lessee shall have the privilege of extending this lease at the same monthly.rental under the same terms.and conditions as is provided for in a certain lease covering the Village- offices, Fire Engine House, etc., which was entered into by and between the parties hereto on the 2nd day of November, A.D. 1931. Mr. Dillon, a representative from McGuire and Orr made - a request that any properties in the village, put up for sale on account of special assessments and for which there are no bidders should revert back to the Village instead of the State.
