Mcginnis who explained the conditions under which the Villa €e of Deerfield took over the 150,000.00 f ae cur i t *es and how they were being retired,­- ry = over, the J. R. Notz reported that a new sign ordinance was needdd and recomended ( that twenty five . cents per square foot be charged instead: of- one ' ollor per square foot. ' 4`,m. D. Johnston.chairman of the Road and Bridge reported that the Streeta and alleys wmee in Good shape. He also reported that the Transformer for.the light located on the Southwest corner of :Waukegan _ Road and Deerfield Ave. was burnt out and that the -cost'of replacement _l �ould be about Thirty Five Dollars. _../A request was received from Bannockburn that the Village 'of'Deerfield Rlip, repair North Ave. as it is in very bad condition. A motion was made by Trustee Wing and seconded by Trustee Scribner That the Village­ 09 Deerfield repair said street at a cost not to exceed Ten Dollars. ?lotion carried..
