Motion carried. . ;Yhereas, The-North Shore Gas Co. is serving this companity with arti artificial gas and it is expected that naturalgas will be available for mixture therewith in the spring of 1932 and the gas rates now; charged by said company for ouch services will then subject to revision in accordance with thT facts of the cituation-ac they may then be established, all subject to the a approval of the Illinois Commerce Commission; AND 'WHEREAS, said North Shore Gas Co., afterconferences with.repre'eei, representatives of various municipalitiecwhich it serves,.proposee to- wake an immediate reductio in its gas rates based •on its present production of artificial gas withaut waiting for a supply of natural gas to be available according to a revised schedule of gas rates presented herewith, subject to the approval of the Illinois Commerce Commission; - Now Therefor be it resolved that the Village of'Deerfield Lake C .t� Illinois do not object•to the proposed gas rates so offered by said north ;xo_ ShoreGas Cpmpany pending the availabldity of natural gas "in the territory sarvedd or other developments, nor to the entry of an order by the.
