196 June 24, 1949 A special matting of the-President -and Board of Trustees was called to order ty President A.-G. Bradt at a-PoU. for the purpose of accepting a 25% guaranteed bid from Christos Cosmas and Edward Tanielian for the fore- closure of property at the N.E. corner of Park Avenue and Deerfield Road and other matters which might-be presented to the Board. Roll call - Banfield, Hinchsliff, Meintzer, °Peterson, and- Wilson. Absent Trustee King. A motion was made by Trustee Peterson and seconded by Trustee Hinchsliff to adopt the resolution regarding "New-Procedure to-be followed in Handling Foreclosures ". Roll call resulted-as follows: Yeas*- All, Nays None. ?lotion carried. A motion was made by Trustee Banfield'and- ,seconded by Trustee Meintzer that at the present time the Village'Board-does not-consider that the Lustron House complies with the provisions of our building code -and that the Board does-not wish to•make -any changes-in 'the present Building Code regarding Lustron Homes at•the present time''-Roll call resulted as follows: Yeas - Trustee Banfield, Hinchsliff,'2leintzer, Peterson and Wilson.
