Bradt at a-PoU. for the purpose of accepting a 25% guaranteed bid from Christos Cosmas and Edward Tanielian for the fore- closure of property at the N.E. corner of Park Avenue and Deerfield Road and other matters which might-be presented to the Board. Roll call - Banfield, Hinchsliff, Meintzer, °Peterson, and- Wilson. Absent Trustee King. A motion was made by Trustee Peterson and seconded by Trustee Hinchsliff to adopt the resolution regarding "New-Procedure to-be followed in Handling Foreclosures ".
