Trustee Cazel made a motion which was seconded by Trustee Mercurio that
our annual clean -up week be set for April 29, 309 May 1, 2 and 3, 1947 with
the following schedule -: East of the St. Paul tracks and North . of Deerfield
Road on Tuesday. April 299 1947; East of the St. Paul R. R. and South of
Deerfield.Road on tbednesday,gpr11.30, 1947; West of the St. Paul R. R. and
South of Deerfield Road on Thursday, ?fay 1, 1947; West bf ' the St. ` Paul R. R.
and North of Deerfield Road on Friday, May 2, 1947 and in Woodland Park on
Saturdayo MY 3, 1947-
Upon roll call the following vote was taken. Yeas Trustee Bradt,
Cazvlt.Mercurio, Scott and Stanger.` Nays- None.. Notion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Mercurio and seconded by Trustee Cazel
that any resident of the Village of Deerfield who has not purchased his 1947
auto or dog license.by May 19 1947, shall be given an arrest ticket.
Roll call resulted as follows. Yeas - Trustee Bradt, Cazel, Mercurio,
Scott and Stanger. Nays - None. Motion carried.
The petition as presented to this Board at its regular March meeting
byjthewSheridan Rifle and Pistol Club, requesting reconsideration of the
resolution as passed at our regular meeting of November 12, 1946 was
brought up and it was moved by Trustee Stanger and seconded by Trustee
Mercurio that'this matter be not re- opened.
Motion unanimously carried. Those voting "Aye" being Trustee Bradt, .
Cazel, Mercurio, Scott and Stanger. Nays- None.
No further business appearing, it was znMd conded and carried to
adjourn.

A special meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield was called to order by the President Robert S.,
Alexander at 8 P. go for the purpose of canvassing the returns of the
;election held April 15, 1947 and for the.purposo of adopting the
Daylight Saving Ordinance,
Roll call - Present- Trustee IIdn, Cazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger
and Tennis.
Absent - Trustee Bradt.

Daniel,S. Hunt having roceived - the highest number of votes for Police
Magistrate, he is,hereby declared elected to thot. office.

that the following ordinance fixing the official time within the Village
