Motion unanimously carried. Those voting "Aye" being Trustee

The regular meeting of the President and the Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was called to order by the
President Robert S. Alexander at 8 P. M. with the following
Trustees responding to the roll call; Cazel, Mercurio, Scott,
Stanger and Tennis. Absent- Trus *ee Bradt.
The minutes of the regular meeting held January 8, 1946
were read and approved.

Trustee Stanger made a motion that we transfer $1,000.00`t-
from the Mater mind to the General Fund. This motion was seconded
by Trustee Mercurio.
Motion unanimously carried. Those voting "Aye" being
Trustee Cazel, Mercurio, Scott, Stanger and Tennis. Those
voting "Nay" being None.

of special assessments, be passed.
