It was moved by Trustee,Meintzer and seconded by Trustee
Wilson that the Pure Oil Co. be granted permission to
construct driveways and install tanks at their property
on Waukegan Road as per plans attached to their application.
Motion unanimously carried. Those voting "Aye" beij4g
Trustee Engelhard, Hinchsliff, Meintzer, Wilson and
Wynkoop. Those voting "Nay" being None.
Moved, seconded and carried to adjourn.

A notice calling for a special meeting of the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield was
served in writing to each of the Trustees.more than 24
hours prior to the meeting. The.maeting was called to
order by the President A. G. Bradt at 8 P. M.
Roll call - Present- Trustee Engelhard, Hinchsliff., King,
Meintzer and Wilson.
Absent - Trustee Wynkoop.
It was moved by Trustee Meintzer and seconded.by Trustee
Hinchsliff that the following resolution relative,to the
Zoning Ordinance, be adopted.
Motion unanimously carried. Those voting "Aye" being
Trustee Engelhard, Hinchsliff, King, Meintzer and Wilson.
Those voting "Nay" being None.
RESOLUTION ,
That the Zoning Ordinance recommended by the Zoning
Commission, accompanying its report, with the.changes
made by this Board, the said.Ordinance being entitled:

Trustee Engelhard made a motion which was seconded by
Trustee King that we grant Mr. Howard K. Olson permission
to extend the watermain, sanitary and storm sewers in their
present sizes, from the west end of the existing water and
sewer mains in Elmwood Avenue westerly to'a point directly
north of the west end of his residence and also that the said
Howard K. Olson shall•extpnd the present.pavement in Elmwood
Avenue to a point directly north of the west end of his
residence. :
