meetings held March 21, 1952 and March 21+,"1952,were read and apizoved•
The special meeting held April 79 1952 -was read and approved with the
following correction to paragraph "readingo "The,width.of•the above roads

shall be 24,feet`e=spt where the dedication':is"50
feet or less; shall be
added,, "the width shall be 20 feet".

It was moved by Trustee Engelhard and seconded by Trustee Maintzer
that the requeat,for tba.improvemont of`that portion of Somerset Avenue
lying between dakley Avenue and Forest Avenue with black top or water..
bound macadam,,be referred to our Village Engineer D. 7. L. Walther for
purpose of survey.

that we grant permission to the `American L+sgion lost No. ?3g to hold
their annual carnival on August 14- 15- 16,and 179.1952 provided that they
comply with our village ordinances and as we have no jurisdiction over
4owett Park, they will have.to make their own arrangements with the
