WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield, a Municipal Corporation, is the fee owner of
the real estate legally described in Exhibits "A" attached hereto, and by this reference
incorporated herein and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the State of Illinois desires to acquire from Village of Deerfield a fee
simple acquisition in and to the real estate described in Exhibit W, attached hereto for
use of the Illinois Department of Transportation for highway purposes and has made
an offer to the Village of Deerfield in the amount of'$39,000.00 as compensation for
the permanent acquisition. It is the desire of the Village of Deerfield to grant said .fee
simple interests...
NOW, THEREFORE, be it and it is hereby resolved that the President and
Village Clerk of the Village of Deerfield are hereby authorized and directed to grant
such conveyances on behalf of the Village of Deerfield and they are hereby further
authorized to execute and deliver such instruments and documents as may be
necessary and convenient in their sole discretion to effectuate such grant.
