U i APPROVED: M RESOLUTION PROTEST AGAINST SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that: Section 1. The Village of Deerfield hereby protests against the proposed, special use permit to permit a sanitary landfill operation on property of the National Brick Co. north of County Line Road, also known as Lake -Cook Road, and west of Waukegan Road. The Village of Deerfield further protests against any special use permit which would purport to permit the dumping or placing of any garbage or other offensive substance within one mile of the Village limits. The proposed use.is prohibited by Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 100 -1/2, paragraph 27. Section 2. The property referred to is all within one mile of the Village limits of Deerfield. Section 3. R - 64 - 15 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DWROVEMENT AND EXTENSION ACCOUNT Whereas an ordinance creating an issue of $545,000 water revenue bonds, series of 1959 of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, together with an ordinance creating an issue of $125,000 water revenue bonds, series of 1960 of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, provide for separate accounts to be maintained out of water revenue, and Whereas commencing with August 1, 1964, additional funds will be available for the surplus account, and for the improvement and extension account which is a part of the surplus account, and Whereas the additional funds will be made available due to the completion of the setting aside of the total required to be held in the bond reserve account: Now Therefore Be It Resolved by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that: Section 1.
