A spe ^ial meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dcerf',-ld
was celled to order by the President in the Council Chambers of the V_llar'e
Hall on Monday, October 1, 1956 at g:CO P.M., Fursuant to notice of said
meeting mailed to each Trustee. The Clerk called the roll and retorted the
folloving were
Present: John D. Schneider, President
Martha White Clark
Carl-J. Jaeger
Raymond T. Meyer
Maurice C. Petesch
Absent: Joseph W. Brown
Hubert N. Kelley
and ,hut a ouorum was present and in attendance at the meeting.
Authorize Conditional Use The Plan Commission recommended approval of s
Holy Cross Church and School Conditional Ose requested by Holy Cross Parish
- to permit the use of property owned by Fo'.,y 'gross
Church at Elder Lane and 1;4'aukegan Road for the construction of a church, cIzoo l
and accessory buildings. Trustee Clark moved, seconded by Trustee Jaeger, that
the Board grant the Conditional Use for construction of a church and school
building, in acccrdance with the Legal Notice of the public hearing as pub7.ished.
