AND FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION AND HEARING THEREON
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the tentative annual budget of the Village of Deerfield for the fiscal year
ONE: beginning May 1, 2000, and ending April 30, 2001, as prepared by the Budget
Officer and submitted to the President and Board of Trustees in pamphlet form,
shall be placed on file in the office of the Village Manager on or before March 9, 2000, and shall remain
on file and be made conveniently available for public inspection during normal business hours from
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on any business day for a period of ten days after the initial filing thereof and
thereafter until further order of this Board.
SECTION That a public hearing shall be held on said tentative annual budget at 8:00 p.m.
TWO: on April 17, 2000, in the Board Room of the Village Hall, 850 Waukegan
Road, Deerfield, Illinois.
SECTION' That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish in the March 9, 2000

Highland Park died Feb. 24.
He,is survived by his wife of
52 years, Ruth (nee Balch); his
children, Ilene Eisenberg and
Elise (Irwin) Schutzberg; his
grandchildren, Jill and Brad
Schutzberg; and his sister,
Eva (Sol) Dorf. He was pre-
ceded in death 'by his sisters,
Hannah, Sylvia, Gertrude and
Ellie.

Services, Wilmette Chapel. In-

March 9, 2000, there will be placed on
file in the office of the Village Man-
ager, at the Village Hall, 850 Wauke-
gan Road, Deerfield, Illinois, a tenta-

Deerfield for the fiscal year beginning
May 1, 2000 and ending April 30, 2001,
as prepared by the Budget Officer in
pamphlet form and Proposed for adop-
tion by the President and Board -of
Trustees. Said budget• shall be avail-
able for public inspection during the
hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on
any normal business day for a period
of ten days, and thereafter, until fur-
ther order of the Corporate Authorities.
