RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, LASALLE NATIONAL BANK, not personally, but solely as
Trustee of that certain Trust Agreement dated June 21, 1984 and known
as Trust No. 108870, and LASALLE NATIONAL BANK, not personally, but
solely as Trustee of that certain Trust Agreement dated June 21,
1983 and known as Trust No. 106579 (said Bank in its capacity as
Trustee aforesaid being herein referred to as "Owners ") are the
owners of record, and TOLLWAY NORTH LAND VENTURE (an Illinois general
partnership) and TOLLWAY NORTH OFFICE CENTER, an Illinois general
partnership (herein being referred to as "Developers ") are the
developers of certain real estate, the legal description of which is
set forth in Exhibits A -1 and A -2 to the attached Annexation
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Annexation Agreement pertains to the property
described in Exhibits A -1 and A -2 which is referred to in the
Annexation Agreement as the "Property "; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.15 -1.1, et
seq., of the Illinois Municipal Code, said Owners and Developers
submitted to the Corporate Authorities of the Village of Deerfield a
proposed Annexation Agreement with respect to the Property, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice as required by statute and ordinance,
a public hearing was held by the Plan Commission of the Village with
respect to the request of said Owners and Developers to permit the
existing use and future development of the Property in the manner
proposed in the attached Annexation Agreement and Exhibits attached
thereto and made a part thereof, specifically including the Develop-
ment Plan and written findings of fact and recommendations with
respect thereto were made by said Plan Commission and submitted to
the Corporate Authorities; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice as required by statute and ordinance
a public hearing was held by the Corporate Authorities of the Village
with respect to the terms and conditions of said Annexation
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, said Corporate Authorities, after due and careful
consideration, have concluded that the existing use and future
development of the Property on the terms and conditions set forth in
said attached Annexation Agreement would further the growth of the
Village, enable the Village to control the development of said
property and subserve the best interests of the Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION That the Annexation Agreement between the Village of
ONE: Deerfield and LaSalle National Bank, not personally,
but solely as Trustee of that certain Trust Agreement
dated June 21, 1984 and known,as Trust No. 108870, LaSalle National
Bank, not personally, but solely as Trustee of that certain Trust
Agreement dated June 21, 1983 and known as Trust No. 106579 and
Tollway North Land Venture and Tollway North Office Center, along
with all Exhibits thereto, specifically including the Development
Plan comprised of:
(i) Tollway North Office Park Site Plan dated February 12,
1986, prepared by Loebl Schlossman & Hackl
Incorporated;
(ii) Sign Plan consisting of the following:
(a) Tollway North Office Park Signage Site Plan,
Sheet No. 2 -1, dated February 7, 1986 prepared by
Loebl Schlossman & Hackl Incorporated;
(b) Tollway North Office Development Plan Sheet No.
2 -2 dated February 7, 1986 prepared by Loebl
Schlossman & Hackl Incorporated;
(c) Description of Additional Building Signs for
Hotel, dated February 26, 1986, Sheet No. 2 -3.
(iii) Landscape Plan consisting of the following:
(a) Tollway North Office Park,Berm Planting Plan
dated January 16, 1986 prepared by Lipp, Wehler,
Peterson and Associates, Ltd., Sheet No. 1;
(b) Tollway North Office Park Landscape Development
Concept Plan revision dated December 11, 1985,
prepared by Loebl Schlossman and Hackl
Incorporated and Lipp, Wehler, Peterson and
Associates, Ltd., Sheet 1 -A;
(c) Landscape Philosophy for the Development of
Tollway North Office Park - North Parcel dated
October 24, 1985;
(d) Landscape Philosophy for the Development of
Tollway North Office Park - South Parcel dated
October 24, 1985.
a copy of each of which is attached to the Annexation Agreement be
and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLUTION NO. R -86 -05
SECTION That the President and Clerk of the Village of
TWO: Deerfield are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said Annexation Agreement'.
