ORDINANCE NO. 0 -88 -81
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AND AUTHORIZING
A SPECIAL.USE - RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Deerfield have determined that the best interests of the Village
will be served by the authorization and granting of said Special
Use - Residential Planned Unit Development in accordance with the Plan
of.Development marked Exhibit B and attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield
ONE: included and made a part o.f the Village Zoning
Ordinance passed April 17, 1978, as amended, is
hereby further amended by zoning and classifying the property
described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, to
the R -5 General Residence District.
SECTION That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
TWO: affirmatively find that the Special Use, as hereby
authorized, fully complies with the requirements and
standards set forth in Articles 12.2 and 13.11 -4 of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield and the Special Use of the
real estate,.as and for the purpose of a Residential Planned Unit
Development as set forth on Exhibit B, be and the same is hereby
authorized and approved subject to the conditions hereinafter set
forth.
SECTION That the approval and authorization of the Special Use
THREE: hereby granted is subject to the following conditions:
that all use, construction and development shall be in
accordance with a certain Final Development Plan dated October 22,
1988, prepared by Applied Engineering Company and a Landscape Plan,
prepared by Rolf C. Campbell & Associates, Inc., dated November..8,
1988, a copy of which is marked Exhibit B, attached' hereto-and made
a part hereof, all other documentary and exhibit filings made
pursuant to the Planned Unit Development Procedures as set forth in
Article 12.10 of the Village Zoning Ordinance, the terms of this
Ordinance, and all representations ' by the Applicant to the Plan
Commission and President and Board of Trustees.
SECTION That any violation of any of the conditions hereinabove
FOUR: set forth shall authorize the revocation of the
Special Use hereby authorized.

SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
FIVE: this Ordinance in pamphlet form and see to its record-
ation in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake
County, Illinois at Applicant's expense.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
SIX: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
