AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL USE
TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF A DRIVE -IN BANKING FACILITY
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has
heretofore held a public hearing on the application of DEERFIELD
SAVINGS AND LOAN (herein referred to as "Applicant ") for approval of
a Special Use to permit construction of a Drive -In Banking Facility
for the premises legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
made a part hereof, under and pursuant to the provisions of Articles
5.1- 3,2,B, 13.4 -2,2 and 13.11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice
thereof and was, in all respects, held according to law; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield, after
considering the evidence adduced, made written findings of fact and
recommended that the Special Use as proposed be approved and
authorized; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
ONE: affirmatively find that the Special Use as proposed by
Applicant fully complies with the requirements and
standards set forth in Article 13.11 -4 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village of Deerfield and the Special Use of the real estate, as
and for purposes of construction of a Drive -In Banking Facility be
and the same is hereby authorized and approved subject to the
conditions hereinafter set forth:
SECTION That the approval and authorization of said Special
TWO: Use hereby granted is subject to compliance with (a)
the Plan of Development attached hereto as Exhibit B;
(b) a prohibition on left turns from the Subject Property onto
Deerfield Road between the hours of 4 P.M. and 6 P.M. except on
Saturday and Sunday; and (c) compliance with all other codes and
ordinances of the Village of Deerfield, except as same may be
otherwise specifically varied or amended.

SECTION That any violation of the conditions hereinabove set
THREE: forth shall authorize the revocation of the Special
Use hereby authorized.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
FOUR: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
