ORDINANCE NO. 0 -84 -10
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL USE TO
PERMIT A MULTIPLE USE STRUCTURE AT 755 WAUKEGAN ROAD
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has
heretofore held a public hearing on the application of MR. WILLMAN
(herein referred to as "Applicant ") for approval of a Special Use to
permit a multiple use structure for the premises legally described
on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, to permit a
Christian Science Reading Room in addition to a Residential Use under
and pursuant to the provisions of Articles 5.1 -3,11, 13.4 -2(2) and
13.11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS; said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice
thereof and was, in all respects, held according to law; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield, after
considering the evidence adduced, made written findings of fact and
recommended that the Special Use as proposed be approved and author-
ized subject to certain conditions and restrictions hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Deerfield have determined that the best interests of the Village
will be served by the approval of the Special Use in accordance with
the testimony and documentary evidence presented by Applicant to the
Corporate Authorities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
ONE: affirmatively find that the Special Use as proposed by
Applicant fully complies with the requirements and
standards set forth in Article 13.11 -4 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village of Deerfield and the Special Use of the real estate, as
and for purposes of a multiple use structure to permit a Christian
Science Reading Room in addition to a Residential Use as proposed by
Applicant, be and the same is hereby authorized and approved subject
to the conditions hereinafter set forth.
SECTION• That the approval and authorization of said Special Use
TWO: hereby granted is subject to the requirements that (a)
the nonresidential use of the structure be limited to
the area depicted on Applicant's floor plan, (b) two additional
parking spaces shall be provided in addition to the parking spaces
presently provided for the residential uses and (c) a parking plan
shall be submitted to and approved by the Village staff.
SECTION That any violation of the conditions hereinabove set

Use hereby authorized.
SECTION That the Villaqe Clerk is hereby directed to publish
FOUR: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect

as provided by law
