Confirming our discussion at last evening's Village Board meeting,
please be advised that Ordinance 76 -32, being the granting of the
liquor license to Kuhn's Delicatessen was embodied in the final
compilation of Ordinance 76-31. As you will recall, at the
meeting at which Ordinance 76 -31 was adopted, numerous changes
were approved and were to be inserted in the final draft of the
Ordinance. It seemed the most effective way of accomplishing the
Kuhn licensing by including it in the final revision.
We have also noted our records to reflect the recision of Ordi-
nance 76 -34 being the granting of the one day liquor license to
Family Day, Inc.
