AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.203(b)
OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.203(b) entitled "Stop Streets"
ONE: of Chapter 20 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield
of 1963, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended by deleting from the list of designated stop
streets the following:
Gordon Avenue at Fairview Avenue (East and West directions)
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con -
TWO: flict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict,
hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: publish this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.

Confirming our discussion at last evening's Village Board meeting,
please be advised that Ordinance 76 -32, being the granting of the
liquor license to Kuhn's Delicatessen was embodied in the final
compilation of Ordinance 76 -31. As you will recall, at the
meeting at which Ordinance 76 -31 was adopted, numerous changes
were approved and were to be inserted in the final draft of the
Ordinance. It seemed the most effective way of accomplishing the
Kuhn licensing by including it in the final revision.
We have also noted our records to reflect the recision of Ordi-
nance 76 -34 being the granting of the one day liquor license to
Family Day, Inc.
