R-75-X3R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, a Resolution is to be presented to the Lake County Board
on September 8, 1975, revoking and rescinding the Resolution adopted
September 10, 1974, which - provided for the accelerated method of real
estate tax billing; and
WHEREAS, the present Resolution allows taxing bodies to obtain a
regular receipt of up to 50,per cent of their distribution of taxes
at a regular time:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield that this Board urgently request that the
present Resolution adopted September 10, 1974 be continued in full force
and effect to allow taxing bodies to obtain a regular receipt of up to
50 per cent of tax distribution at a regular time in order to prevent a
further worsening of the financial position of many taxing bodies.
