O-75-32r r ORDINANCE NO. 0 -75 -32 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL USE NORTH SUBURBAN EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH EXPANSION OF EXISTING CHURCH FACILITIES Published in pamphlet form this 16th day of June 1975, by the President and Board of Trustees of Deerfield ORDINANCE NO. 0 -75- 32 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL USE NORTH SUBURBAN EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH EXPANSION OF EXISTING CHURCH FACILITIES WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has heretofore held a public hearing on the application of the North Suburban Evangelical Free Church, to authorize the use and occupancy of certain real estate commonly known as 164 Lake -Cook Road, Deerfield, Illinois, and hereinafter described, for expanded church facilities use consisting of a special use under and pursuant to the provisions of Sections VI -A and XXIII of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice thereof and was in all respects held according to law; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield, after con- sidering the evidence adduced, made written findings of fact and recommended that said special use of said real estate be approved and authorized subject to certain conditions and restrictions hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the findings and recommendation of the Plan Commission ONE: are concurred in and adopted as the findings of the President and Board of Trustees and the special.use of the real estate legally described as follows: The West 140 feet of the South 520 feet of the South East quarter of Section 33,' Township .43 North, Range 12, East of the 3rd P.M., in Lake County, Illinois as and for a church and related facilities, be and the same is hereby authorized and approved. SECTION That the approval and authorization of said special use TWO: hereby given is subject to the requirements that all use, construction and development shall be in accordance with all plans and representations submitted and made by Applicant to the Plan Commission and President and Board of Trustees, is subject to compliance by Applicant with all other applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable ordinances of the Village of Deerfield, and is further subject to approval by the Village Engineer of proposed drainage plans and the erection of screening between parking areas and adjoining resi- dential property in conformity with the Plan Comm ission recommendations. SECTION. That the approval and authorization of said special use THREE: hereby given is subject,to the requirement that this Ordinance shall be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois, and all fees for such recordation and expenses incurred therefor shall be paid by the Applicants. SECTION That the approval and authorization of said special use FOUR: hereby given is subject to the further requirement that prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the above - described improvement; the applicant submit to the Plan Com- mission of the Village of Deerfield a Plat of Subdivision including the property described in Section One hereof, and the property legally described as follows: That part of Section 33, Township .43 North, Range 12 East of the 3rd P.M. described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the S W-1/4 of the S E 1/4 of Section 33 aforesaid; thence running West on the South line of said Section, 187.8 feet;.thence North of the S W 1 /4--aforesaid; thence South on the East line of the S W'1 /4 of the S E 1/4, 380 feet to the place of beginning (except the South 50.feet thereof), in Lake County, Ill. SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish FIVE: this Ordinance in pamphlet form. SECTION. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect SIX: from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
