AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FROM THE
PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO
420 COUNTY LINE ROAD, DEERFIELD
WHEREAS, JAMES DI PIETRO has petitioned for a variation from the strict
provisions of Section XV of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield,
passed May 4, 1953, as amended, to permit an office use in a portion of the
building legally described below and presently zoned in the M- Manufacturing
District; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published as required by statute, a
public hearing on said Petition was held and conducted by the Zoning Board of
Appeals of the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has filed with the President and
Board of Trustees its written findings of fact and recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF,DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the findings of fact and recommendations of the
ONE: Zoning Board of Appeals are hereby concurred in and adopted
as the findings of fact of the President and Board of
Trustees.
SECTION That there are practical difficulties and particular hard -
TWO.: ship_in the way of carrying out the strict letter of the
provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Deerfield as applied to Petitioner's property, which is legally described as
follows:
The East 200 feet of the South 435 feet of the
South One -Half of the South West Quarter of
Section 33, Township 43, North Range 12, East
of the Third Principal Meridian all in'Lake
County, Illinois,.

SECTION That a variation from the strict provisions of Section
THREE: XV of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield
with respect to the property hereinabove described, is
hereby granted so as to permit an office use in that portion of the building
located on the premises legally described in Section Two hereof, depicted on
the plan attached hereto and made a part hereof, and zoned in the M- Manufacturing
District.
SECTION That the variation granted herein shall lapse and terminate
FOUR: upon the cessation of occupancy of the office space depicted
on the attached plan by the present occupant thereof.
SECTION That the variation hereby granted is subject to compliance
FIVE: by Petitioner with all other applicable provisions of the
Zoning Ordinance and with all other applicable ordinances
of the Village.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
SIX: from and after its passage and approval as provided by
law.
