AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FROM THE
PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE WITH
RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
651 BYRON COURT, DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS

WHEREAS, THOMAS BOYLE has petitioned for certain variations
from the strict provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, as amended; and .
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published as required by
statute, a public hearing on said petition was held and conducted
by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has filed with the
President and Board of Trustees its written findings of fact and
recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the findings of fact and recommendation of the
ONE: Zoning Board of Appeals are hereby concurred in and
adopted as the findings of fact of the President and
Board of Trustees.
SECTION That there are practical difficulties and particular
TWO: hardship in the way of carrying out the strict let -
ter of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village... of Deerfield as applied to Petitioner's property which is
legally described as follows:
The North 1/2 of Lot 81 of Goldman's North Shore Golf
Links Subdivision, in the North 1/2 of the North West
1/4 of Section 33, Township 42 North, Range 12 East of
the Third Principal Meridian in the Village of Deerfield,
Lake County, Illinois, according to plat thereof recorded
as Document No. 241049 in Book N of Plats on page 7.
SECTION That a variation from the strict provisions of
THREE: Section V -7 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953 as amended with
respect to the property hereinabove described is hereby granted
so as to permit the construction of an addition to the residence
located on said property which will result in one side -yard of
three feet in lieu of the required five feet and combined side -
yards of mane feet in lieu of the required thirteen feet and all
in accordance with plans presented and filed with the Zoning
Board of Appeals.
SECTION That the variation hereby granted is subject to
FOUR: compliance by Petitioner with all other appli'
cable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance and
all other applicable ordinances of the Village.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FIVE: effect from and after its passage and approval
as provided by law.
