O R D I N A N C E
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has held a public hearing after
due notice as provided by lair, on the question of zoning the property
described in the following ordinance, and has recommended that the
siad property be zoned for R -1 residential purposes, and that a
conditional use for Church purposes be granted
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois,
that:
The following described property, to -wit:
That part of the South i of the South i of the Southwest y
of the Southwest of Section 21, Township 43 North, Range 12,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, bounded and described
as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the South z of the
South a of the Southwest ► of the Southwest w of,said
Section; thence East along the North line of,the South i
of the South i of the Southwest 4 of the Southwest ' of
said Section, a distance of 788.03 feet to the center line
of a ditch, thence Southeasterly along the center line of
said ditch to a point on the south line of the Southwest
of said Section 940.30 feet East' of Southwest corner of the
Southwest � of said Section; thence West along the South
line of the Southwest � of said Section, a distance of
940,130 feet to the Southwest corner o
ozerer of the Southwest � of said Section; thence North
along the West line of said Section, a distance of 330.30
feet to.the point of beginning, all in Lake County, Illinois,
be and the same is hereby designated as an R -1 Residential District
under the zoning ordinance of the Village, and the zoning map of
the Village is hereby amended to indicate such zoning.
A conditional use is hereby granted for the construction and main-
tenance of a Church, Church school, parsonage and auxiliary buildings.
