AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FROM
THE PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY COMMONLY
KNOWN AS 350 COUNTY LINE ROAD DEERFIELD
WHEREAS, DBA PRODUCTS CO., INC, has petitioned for a variation from the
strict provisions of Paragraphs 6, 6.a -3 and 6.b of Section XV of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, to
permit the construction of an addition to the structurellocated on the premises
commonly known as 350 County Line Road, Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published as required by statute, a
public hea ing on said petition was held and conducted by the Zoning Board of
Appeals of the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has filed with the President and
Board of Trustees its written findings of fact and recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:.
SECTION That the findings of fact and recommendati6n of the Zoning
ONE: Board of Appeals is hereby concurred in and adopted as the
findings of fact of the President and Board of Trustees.
SECTION That there are practical di.ffi'culties and. particular hardship
TWO: in the way of carrying out the strict letter of the provisions
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield as applied
to petitioner's property which i.s,legally described as follows:
The East 200, feet of the South 435 feet of the Southwest Quarter. of
Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Lake County, Illinois.
SECTION That mariations from the strict provisions of Secti.on. XV of
THREE: the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield,. passed
May 4, 1953, as amended, with respect to the property here -'
inabove described,are hereby granted as follows:
1. A variation from the minimum area regulations of Paragraph 6 so as
to authorize the construction of an addition to the structure presently
located on said premises, which premises has.a total area of 1.98 acres.
2. A variation from the front yard regulations of Paragraph 6.a -3 so
as to permit a front yard having a depth of 183.70 feet and to permit
the parking of automobiles within said front yard.
3. A variation from the side yard regula.ti.6ns of Paragraph 6.b so as
to permit side yards of 16.25 feet.
SECTION That the variatbons hereby granted are subject to the condition
FOUR: that there be compliance by the petitioner with all other
applicable ordinances of the Village.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FIVE: after its passage and-approval, as provided by law.
