AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FROM
THE PROVISIONS *OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY COMMONLY
KNOWN,AS. 735,,DEERF,IELD ROAD, DEERFIELD
WHEREAS, QUINLON & TYSON, INC., lessee, has,,by and with the consent
and authorization of the owner, Deerfield Savings S Loan Association,
petitioned for a variation from the strict provisions of the Zoning Ordi-
nance of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, as amended', to
permit the erection of sign' on the front of 'the structure housing its
offices at 735 Deerfield Road, Deerfield, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published as required by statute,
a pub l -i c hea r i'ng- on sa i d - pe i t i on- was he 1 d and conducted by the Zoning
Board of Appeals of the Village -of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has filed with the President
and Board of Trustees its written findings of'fact,and recommendations.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the findings of fact and recommendation of the Zoning

findings of fact of the-President and Board of Trustees.
SECTION That there are practical difficulties and particular hard -

Deerfield, Illinois.
SECTION That a variation-from-the strict provisions of Paragraph .
THREE: 18 of Section V of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Deerfie:Pd, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, with respect
to the property hereinabove described is hereby granted so as to authorize
the construction and erection of a'sign on'-the front of the structure,
located thereon in.accordance with -plans attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
SECTION That the-variation hereby granted is .subject to the
FOUR: conditiion'that said sign be'constructed in accordance
with the attached plans and that there be- compliance
by the petitioner with all other applicable ordinances of*the Village.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
''FIVE:' from and after its passage and approval, as provided
by law.
