WHEREAS, a petition has been received, signed by all of the owners
of record of the property hereinafter described, and all of the electors
residing thereon; and
WHEREAS, said property is contiguous to the Village of Deerfield
and not in any other municipality.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois, that:
Section 1. The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Deerfield hereby find that the statements in the preambles to this ordinance
are true.
Section 2. The following described property is hereby annexed to
