ORDINANCE NO. 0 -64 -18
VARIATION TO ZONING ORDINANCE
DEERFIELD
Whereas the question of granting the following variation to
the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield has been referred
to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a public hearing, and the Board
of Zoning Appeals has held such public hearing, after due notice.as
required by law;
Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield that a'variation to the Ordinance
for the Comprehensive Amendment of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby
granted to the effect that:
Permission is granted for a variation from Section VI -A, C -1
of the Zoning Ordinance from the required 35 feet front yard line
to 15 -1 /4 inches less than said required from yard line. This
variation is on the following property:
Lot 78 in Nbxm- Blietz Deerfield Development Unit #1 being
a subdivision of parts of the southwest 1/4 of the southwest
1/4 of Section 27 and parts of the northwest 1/4 of the
northwest 1/4 of Section 34, all in Township 43 North,
Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying
easterly of the "West Skokie Drainage Ditch in Lake County,
Illinois, and commonly known as 681 Smoke Tree Road, Deerfield,
Illinois.
