VARIATION TO ZONING ORDINANCE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
Whereas, the question of granting.,the following variation to
the Zoning. Ordinance of the'Vill.age of Deerfield has been referred to the
Board of Zoning Appeals for a public hearing, and the Board of Zoning
Appeals has held such .,pub 1 i c hea r i.ng, after due notice as . requ i red by
law:
Now, Therefore, Be.lt•Ordained by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield that a variation to the ordinance
for the Comprehensive Amendment of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby
granted to the effect that:
Permission is granted for a variation from Section XVII, B -2,
to permit the erection of a double face free standing directional sign
on private- property, height not to exceed 16 feet in height, having a
10 foot clearance from grade, and.not being over 32 square feet in
area, all as shown on the plan on file in the office of the Building
Commissioner. Said sign is to be located at 757 Deerfield Road,
Deerfield, Illinois.
