VARIATION TO ZONING ORDINANCE
DEERF1ELD
WHEREAS, the question of granting the following variation to the
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield has been referred to the Board
of Zoning Appeals for a public hearing, and the Board of Zoning Appeals has
held.such public hearing, after due notice as required by law:
NOW, THEREFORE, BED IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
cf the Village of Deerfield that a variation to the Ordinance for the
Comprehensive Amendment of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby granted to the
effect that:
Permission is granted for a variation from Section VI -A, C -3 of the
Zoning Ordi,nance from the required fifty foot rear yard to twenty -five
foot rear yards, which will include the required Drainage Ditch #1 Easement.
This varia ti on is required,on the following property:
Lots 1, 3, 49 59 6, 7, $, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19-, .
20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27; 28, 30, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42,
43, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 52, 53, 54,'55, 56, 57, 58, 60, and 61
in that part of the South 1/2 of theNE 1/4 of Section 30, Township
43 North, Range 12, East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, Lake County,

convex Easterly, having a radius of 11,584.15 feet, for a distance
of 1339.26 feet to` a point on the North line of the S 1/2 of said
NE 1/4, which is 643.07 feet East of the North West corner thereof;

feet to a point 696.85 feet East of the North West corner of the
