VARIATION TO ZONING ORDINANCE
DEERFIELD
Whereas the question of granting the following variation to .
the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield has been referred
to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a public hearing, and the Board
of Zoning Appeals has held such public hearing after due notice as
required by law:
Now, Therefore, Be it Ordai!nedaby;.thi : vPeesi;dent and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield that a variation to the Ordinance
for the Comprehensive Amendment of the Zoning Ordinance, enacted May 4,
1953 is hereby granted to the effect that:
Permission is granted for a variation from Section IX, C -2, and
Section V, Paragraph-7, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deer-
field, to build a garage on the property commonly known as 833 Rosemary
Terrace, Deerfield, Illinois, with the result that the sideyard require-
ment of five (5) feet cs reduced to three (3) feet.
Passed this 6th day of May, 1963.
